EOSH Coordinator – Route to Market

About the role

The EOSH Coordinator will lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) system for Coca‑Cola Beverages Zambia. Reporting to the Country Lead – EOSH, the role ensures safety standards are embedded across manufacturing sites, route‑to‑market activities and fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of the EOSH system across all functions, capabilities, sites, route‑to‑market and fleet operations.
• Plan, schedule and oversee internal and external EOSH audits.
• Monitor audit findings, track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with functional heads to embed safety standards into daily processes.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for EOSH performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in occupational safety, health or environmental management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and corrective‑action management.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
