Human Resources Manager

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day‑to‑day HR operations, shape HR strategy, and ensure compliance with local legislation. You will oversee a small team and be the primary point of contact for all HR matters across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding for permanent and contract staff.
• Maintain HR systems including org chart, employee directory, policies and procedures.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, engagement and performance management.
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave, social security, insurance and ensure external compliance (labour inspections, reporting).
• Draft and manage employment contracts and related administrative documents.
• Oversee annual leave processes and car‑park allocation/usage.
• Supervise the HR Assistant and support regional HR activities.
• Assess training needs, monitor training programs and prepare monthly HR reports with issue analysis.
• Ensure organization‑wide compliance with local labour legislation and global grading evaluation.
• Comply with site‑specific SHEQ KPIs and adhere to site policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership of end‑to‑end HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law, social security and payroll processes.
• Experience with performance management, compensation & benefits, and global grading systems.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder‑management skills.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
