About the role

The Logistics Excellence & Transformation Lead will drive strategic logistics projects that enhance customer service, reduce costs, and boost productivity across the country. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to embed best practices and standardised processes throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data and benchmark information to identify high‑impact logistics initiatives.
• Lead project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply‑chain and Group Office teams to implement best‑practice solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders outside logistics to align actions with broader business objectives.
• Drive continuous‑improvement programmes and monitor their impact on operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing logistics or supply‑chain projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
