Senior Business Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our leading corporate travel management company in Zambia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality travel solutions for corporate clients, including VIPs, using advanced online booking tools and global distribution systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business travel itineraries for corporate and VIP clients.
• Utilise Amadeus or Travelport GDS to issue tickets, handle fare management and resolve booking issues.
• Provide expert guidance on travel policies, cost optimisation and risk management.
• Support clients in using and troubleshooting Online Booking Tools (OBT).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience with Amadeus or Travelport GDS.
• Proven track record managing high‑profile or VIP travel accounts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
