Multiple senior director and manager positions at Energy Regulation Board

About the role

The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) is seeking experienced Zambian nationals to fill several senior positions, including Director of Electricity & Renewable Energy, Director of Petroleum & Gas, and Senior Managers for Procurement, Information & Communications Technology, and Human Resources & Administration. These roles are critical for regulating Zambia's energy sector, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Board’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee regulatory, technical monitoring and compliance activities for electricity, renewable energy, petroleum, and gas undertakings.
• Plan, manage and control procurement of goods, works and services in line with the Public Procurement Act.
• Lead the development, acquisition, implementation, security and maintenance of ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide strategic leadership for human resource management and administrative services.

Required profile

• Zambian national with a Grade 12 certificate and relevant diploma or professional qualification.
• Minimum two professional referees.
• Demonstrated experience in senior management or directorial roles within the energy, procurement, ICT or HR domains.
