Process Artisan

About the role

We are looking for a Process Artisan to provide specialized technical support and enhance machine, system and process capabilities within our production team. The role focuses on maintaining high quality standards, ensuring equipment reliability and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks and analyses as defined in work instructions and record results in the appropriate information system.
• Monitor waste, record it on documentation systems and review trends to identify problems or improvement opportunities.
• Review process performance against targets, complete short‑interval control documentation and respond quickly to upstream or downstream triggers that cause stoppages.
• Participate in maintenance planning meetings, suggest improvements and clarify required work.
• Assist machine specialists with on‑shift repairs and support team members during planned maintenance windows.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, apply 5S principles and follow safe work practices, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Identify defective equipment, report to the Team Leader and take part in post‑mortem analyses to feed back lessons learned.
• Actively participate in shift meetings, use action logs to record issues and communicate hand‑overs to incoming shift teams.
