About the role

As a Sales Associate at Foschini you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience in the vibrant Kafubu Mall. You will help shoppers find the best fashion solutions while meeting sales targets and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
Track personal sales performance against set targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Sell a diverse range of fashion and décor products, staying current with the latest trends.
Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products.

Required profile

Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
Passionate about people and customer service.
Target‑driven with a focus on achieving sales results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Independent, initiative‑taking, and detail‑oriented.
