Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of IT and technology transformation initiatives. The role collaborates closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure and technology transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, workplace transformation, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and tracking mechanisms.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular executive‑level updates.
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
• Manage third‑party vendors and implementation partners.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, change management, and transition to BAU support.
• Ensure project documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned are completed.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive project status reports.

Required profile

• 8+ years overall IT experience.
• 5+ years IT project management experience.
• Proven delivery of IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, industrial, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
