About the role
Aarvik Environmental is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support its marketing initiatives, client outreach, and statutory compliance processes. This role combines office administration with marketing and compliance tasks to help drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with marketing and visibility initiatives, including preparing quotations, company profiles, and capability statements.
- Reach out to potential clients, maintain communication records, and support client engagement activities.
- Track and support tender preparation and submission processes.
- Manage compliance requirements such as NHIMA, NAPSA, ZRA, Workers Compensation Fund, Control Board, PACRA, and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Draft letters, emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office logistics.
- Support procurement and basic office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, trustworthy, and results‑oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
