BESS/RES Sales (Energy Storage Sales)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced BESS/RES Sales professional to lead the development of its overseas marketing system for energy storage and photovoltaic solutions. You will shape market strategies, drive sales growth, and manage key international client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an overseas marketing system for energy storage and photovoltaic products, aligning with corporate strategy.
• Research international markets, collect and analyze industry data, and produce regular market reports.
• Plan sales regions, set targets, and break down objectives for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive overseas customer database and create detailed market expansion plans.
• Manage the sales budget, monitor actual expenses, and ensure accurate financial control.
• Handle public relations, maintain relationships, and lead negotiations with key overseas clients.
• Develop and control overseas marketing budgets, negotiate costs, and optimize expenditures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience in the energy storage or photovoltaic industry.
• Proven track record of leading major client development and market entry projects.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Strong resilience under pressure, high sense of responsibility, and excellent management capabilities.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Prefer candidates with existing industry customer resources and knowledge of regional industrial/commercial incentive policies.
