About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a fast‑paced retail environment. The role focuses on overseeing all operational areas, driving profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, control and organize daily store operations to achieve profitability targets.
• Manage staff, foster a positive work culture, and ensure effective people management.
• Oversee sales performance, stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Handle administration, financial reporting, and budgeting responsibilities.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards.
• Promote customer centricity and deliver superior service.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 3‑5 years of management experience, preferably in retail.
• Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience, confidence, and a "can‑do" attitude.
