Branch Manager – Retail Digital Banking (Multiple Locations)

About the role

Access Bank Zambia is hiring seven Branch Managers for its Retail Digital Banking network across Zambezi, Mpulungu, Mwinilunga, Mfumbwe, Sesheke, Mongu and Kitwe. The role will lead each branch to achieve sales targets, ensure high‑quality customer service and maintain compliance with banking procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branch sales and marketing strategies aligned with the country’s Retail Banking plan.
• Translate strategy into specific targets for Relationship Officers and monitor daily performance.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and communicate progress to the Head of Retail Banking.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and prioritize focus areas.
• Create, implement and monitor sales plans for walk‑in customers and oversee appointment scheduling.
• Maintain oversight of customer call reports and summarize discussion outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail banking experience with a strong sales record.
• Proven team‑management experience and ability to lead a branch team.
