About the role
We are looking for a Building Materials Sales Supervisor to lead our sales efforts in the construction sector. The role involves understanding client needs, promoting our product range and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements, recommend suitable building material products and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular visits, calls and emails.
- Support team members, adhere to company policies, KPIs and complete accurate sales reports.
- Negotiate terms, close deals and manage company assets responsibly.
- Gather market information, clarify pricing, stock availability and delivery schedules for clients.
- Monitor inventory, record sales data and respond to customer inquiries.
- Review personal performance and execute additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of the local language is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork and stress‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
