Call Centre Agent – Customer Service

About the role

Codirect Fulfillment Centre Zambia is seeking motivated Call Centre Agents to join its growing team in Lusaka. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are confirmed, deliveries are scheduled, and inquiries are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to confirm orders and schedule deliveries.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call and service targets while delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations or a related field.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Honest, reliable, and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
