About the role
The Country Director of Sales for Zambia will lead the sales function across all hotel brands within the country, driving profitable revenue and market‑share growth. Reporting to regional leadership, you will set the strategic direction, inspire the sales team and ensure the delivery of memorable guest experiences aligned with Radisson’s brand promise.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically drive total profitable revenue and market‑share growth for the assigned country.
- Optimize all sales opportunities across Leisure, MICE, Corporate and M&E segments.
- Lead, coach and induct new and existing hotel sales teams on Radisson policies, procedures and product knowledge.
- Represent Radisson Hotel Group at meetings with country, regional and global accounts.
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with the business plan and corporate guidelines.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, revenue, marketing, operations) and external partners.
- Drive new business development and maximize revenue‑generating activities.
Required profile
- Active, proactive and results‑driven with strong analytical abilities.
- Proven track record in driving revenue for hotel segments such as Leisure, MICE, Corporate and M&E.
- Leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary sales teams.
- Ability to work within country guidelines, business plans and corporate service concepts.
