About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery. This role ensures a smooth, timely, and accurate experience for customers while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire order process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with production to align order schedules with inventory and delivery timelines.
• Work with sales, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee smooth operations and efficient order processing.
• Utilize company systems and CRM platforms to track orders, manage inventory, and keep accurate customer records.
• Prioritize critical orders and customer needs while handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (a diploma with relevant experience may also be considered).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly organized approach.
