About the role
We are looking for two energetic professionals to join our team as Eastern & Southern FMCG Sales Specialists. In this role you will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships and ensure the successful execution of promotional activities across the Eastern and Southern regions.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct retail outlet visits to address terminal demands and resolve after‑sales issues.
- Carry out market visits to collect competitor information and monitor market trends.
- Implement company promotional activities and ensure effective execution in the market.
- Perform vehicle‑based sales activities to develop and grow terminal/end customers.
- Collect payments and reconcile customer accounts accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long‑term business growth.
- Provide timely market and sales feedback reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG sales is an advantage.
- Passionate about sales with strong execution and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across the Eastern and Southern regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
