Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage technical operations across a regional cluster of renewable‑energy hubs. The role ensures high system uptime, maintains pack health, and supports reliable energy delivery through on‑site troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain energy uptime of at least 99.9% across the assigned cluster.
• Ensure pack health remains at 98% by troubleshooting and repairing defective packs.
• Monitor swap% and PV% at all hubs, escalating any hub with >80% issues.
• Continuously track hub energy status to prevent downtime.
• Test new products and firmware as required.
• Travel to hubs for in‑person troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning.
• Log, update, and escalate technical issues through appropriate channels.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub performance and cluster status.
• Develop weekly route plans, attend regional meetings, and set priorities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of hub equipment and components.
• Record and log all field activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic devices or systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, software, and data‑analysis applications.
