Graduate Management Trainee – Zambia

About the role

AB Inbev is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program in Zambia. The two‑year rotational program will expose you to front‑line sales, supply‑chain operations and a third business‑driven rotation, preparing you for a future leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in front‑line Sales, front‑line Supply Chain and an additional business‑need rotation.
• Work on‑site in diverse settings such as field offices, breweries and distribution centers.
• Take ownership of tasks, collaborate across functions and solve problems quickly.
• Demonstrate flexibility and mobility throughout the first year of the program.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively.
• Maximum of two years full‑time work experience; internships are a plus.
• High motivation, curiosity and ambition to become a future leader.
• Willingness to relocate and work in various locations across Zambia.
