Graduate Trainee – Banking Operations (25 positions)

About the role

Indo Zambia Bank Limited is seeking 25 dynamic recent graduates to join its Banking Operations Graduate Trainee programme. Trainees will support branch operations across Zambia, gaining hands‑on experience in loan processing, customer service and reporting while adhering to the bank’s policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Screen loan applications against risk criteria.
• Prepare and submit regular loan performance and monthly return reports.
• Follow up on non‑performing loans and support retail/SME teams in business development.
• Enter and update data in the bank’s systems, maintain accurate filing and documentation.
• Handle internal and external customer queries professionally.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks such as photocopying, scanning and document distribution.
• Participate in compliance reviews and audits.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with credits in at least five subjects, including Mathematics and English.
• Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, IT or related field.
• Age between 20 and 27 years.
• Residency in any of the listed Zambian locations (e.g., Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Livingstone, etc.).
• Banking qualifications or experience are an advantage.
