Head of Business Planning & Analytics

About the role

The Head of Business Planning & Analytics will lead the development of analytical, digital and process‑optimisation capabilities for Healthy Learners' internal support functions. Reporting to the Senior Director, People, Culture & Administration, the role partners with Supply Chain, Administration and other departments to design smarter workflows, deliver data insights and deploy AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to identify and redesign manual or inefficient workflows, creating repeatable, logic‑driven planning tools.
• Identify AI, automation and digital opportunities, scope and implement solutions with the Digital Health team and external vendors.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real‑time visibility into performance, cost and efficiency.
• Serve as the business liaison for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and future ERP build, defining data structures, workflows and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in process optimisation, digital transformation or business analytics.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally, influence stakeholders and drive measurable efficiency gains.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, fostering psychological safety and inclusive collaboration.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled tools and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Data governance and quality assurance expertise.
