Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead day‑to‑day HR activities for the KMTR concession, ensuring that HR services align with operational needs across a multicultural, cross‑border environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to off‑boarding, while applying consistent HR policies.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers, support workforce planning, and oversee employee integration.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, handle payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.
• Assist managers with employee‑relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution to foster a respectful workplace.
• Organise training programmes, support performance‑review cycles, and monitor mandatory compliance training.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics, tracking headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, including operational HR responsibilities.
• Background in infrastructure, construction, mining, industrial or multinational settings.
• Experience working in Central Africa, preferably the DRC or Zambia.
