Twyford Zambia is offering a Management Trainee Programme for recent graduates who want to launch a career in a leading manufacturing environment. The programme provides structured mentorship, hands‑on exposure and practical training across key factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing departments to understand end‑to‑end processes.
• Assist senior engineers and managers on projects that drive operational excellence.
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Support quality, safety and production teams in daily activities.

Required profile

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Science/Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
