Quality Administrator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Quality Practice at a leading mining, energy and infrastructure company. You will work within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven team, providing administrative and system support for the Hatch Quality Management System and related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Hatch Quality Management System support and maintain the Regional Management System for users.
• Promote and update the Management System, including publishing approved forms, templates, procedures and guidelines.
• Generate regular reports and feedback for the Hub Quality Lead.
• Investigate and resolve user issues in collaboration with technical support teams.
• Assist key users in locating information and handling change requests to the system.
• Liaise proactively with business units, corporate practices and projects to discuss issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform general secretarial duties: organise meetings, minute‑taking, correspondence, travel arrangements, timesheet submission (SAP), printing, photocopying and document archiving.

Required profile

• Completed secondary schooling certificate (minimum); a degree is advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities with a customer‑focused orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• SAP (timesheet and approvals)
• Microsoft Outlook for meeting coordination
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation
• Experience with a Quality Management System, preferably Hatch QMS
