About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to lead our hiring and onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and support manpower planning. The role ensures staffing needs are met while complying with HR policies and labour legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for various positions.
- Manage onboarding procedures and maintain employee documentation.
- Update and safeguard employee records in HR databases.
- Allocate manpower numbers and assist with workforce reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable labour laws.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Valid ZIHRM practising licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using HR information systems.
