Retail Shop Executive

About the role

The Retail Shop Executive will lead a team of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to promote and sell LTE devices across multiple locations in Zambia. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the LTE customer base, and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of DSAs to meet sales objectives.
• Proactively sell LTE devices and services.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets to drive sustained LTE business growth.
• Compile and submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Team Leader.
• Utilise all sales tools and resources efficiently.
• Identify new market opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Stay informed on competitor activities and market developments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all company products and services.
• Attend product training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Full Grade 12 Certificate and a College Certificate.
• Diploma in Marketing or any Business‑related course is an advantage.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
