About the role
Join Sportscene as a Sales Associate, representing the brand and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a vibrant retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, staying current with fashion trends, and ensuring the store is always ready for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify and deliver the best solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and report results.
- Sell a diverse product range while keeping up to date with décor and fashion trends.
- Seek out new sales opportunities and actively promote products.
- Assist with stock replenishment to maintain store readiness.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people and customer interaction.
- Target‑driven and focused on achieving results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Independent work style with initiative.
- High attention to detail.
