Sales Associate - Zambia

About the role

Korridor is looking for a Sales Associate in Ndola, Zambia. The main purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service by answering questions about products and services, suggesting related offerings, processing orders and preparing customer correspondence so that customer needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and process orders
• Open and maintain customer accounts and profiles by recording account information on the admin website
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, IT and customers
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, finding the cause, proposing the best solution, expediting corrections and following up until resolved
• Prepare product or service reports and manage inbound customer calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs and build trusting, open relationships
• Handle complaints, offer solutions and alternatives within time limits, and keep records of interactions, accounts and documents
• Assist with order placement, refunds and exchanges, and advise customers on available products
• Ad hoc duties as required, including Omibus and FICA management

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate; additional courses in relevant fields are an advantage
• Valid driver's licence and passport
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
