About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. The successful candidate will sell products, ensure customer satisfaction, and help grow our customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and income goals.
- Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
- Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
- Interact with customers in a customer‑centric manner.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong teamwork, self‑motivation and drive.
- Customer‑service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, initiative and resilience.
- Knowledge of basic retail operations and business policies.
