About the role
We are seeking a fixed‑term Stock Clerk to join our fast‑paced retail environment. The role involves receiving, dispatching and securing merchandise in the stockroom while maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will act with honesty, integrity and a high level of accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Physically receive and dispatch stock items, ensuring correct documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure stockroom.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, customer‑centric manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and manage tasks independently.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- 1–2 years of experience as a stock clerk or in a similar inventory role.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
