Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the storage and movement of goods while maintaining strict inventory control. You will work closely with the service centre team to ensure safety, accuracy, and customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily storing, picking, and dispatch activities to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and enforce safekeeping practices.
• Apply and monitor safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, service‑oriented manner.
• Support inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, sorting, and shipping.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team on staffing and training needs.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with 1‑2 years of general supply‑chain or warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer orientation, and emotional maturity.
• Effective self‑management and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with Gmail and basic computer literacy.
