Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate team members and ensure that sales and distribution objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an effective, motivated team; supervise, support, develop and guide personnel.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct counts and ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the Warehouse Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in a business‑related field (e.g., Business Administration).
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid driving licence with at least two years of driving experience.
• Leadership, self‑starter attitude, integrity and effective communication.
• Good oral and written communication, prioritising, time‑management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
