Audit Supervisor – Internal Audit & Anti‑Fraud Lead

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead internal audit and anti‑fraud risk control across Twyford International’s African operations. You will ensure compliance, detect fraud, and support the stability of sales, procurement, inventory, and expense processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily anti‑fraud risk control, market research, and whistleblower investigations.
• Perform sales audits, reconcile customer accounts, and issue regular audit reports.
• Execute procurement audits, verify supplier pricing, and standardise purchasing procedures.
• Oversee inventory verification, monthly counts, and investigate losses or loopholes.
• Audit operating costs such as advertising and logistics to eliminate false reimbursements.
• Plan and deliver company‑wide anti‑fraud and integrity compliance training.
• Collaborate with senior management on annual and special audit projects, ensuring high‑quality closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Auditing or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit and anti‑fraud investigation.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or CAP are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent cross‑department communication, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to undertake short‑term business trips.
