Clinical Services Manager – Corporate Wellness Focus

About the role

PsycHealth Zambia is seeking a dynamic Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical operations and expand its corporate wellness portfolio. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role combines clinical governance, quality assurance, and the design of workplace mental‑health programmes for organisational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all services comply with national and international counselling and psychotherapy guidelines.
• Supervise psychologists, maintain accreditation, and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive corporate wellness programmes, including Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) oversight.
• Conduct workplace mental‑health assessments, design customised interventions, and deliver executive briefings.
• Manage client relationships, conduct business reviews, and support policy development on workplace mental health.
• Lead community counselling initiatives and mental‑health awareness outreach.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a related field.
• Registered and licensed to practice in Zambia.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in corporate wellness or employee assistance programmes.
