Head of Systems and Operations for Zambia

About the role
The Head of Systems and Operations will lead the systems and operations function for People in Need’s Zambia country programme. Based in Lusaka, the role reports directly to the Country Director and is responsible for ensuring that administrative and financial processes support the organisation’s humanitarian and development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the overall systems and operations of the Zambia programme.
- Manage administrative and finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with the Country Director and programme teams.
- Support the implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading systems and operations functions, preferably in an international NGO or development context.
- Strong understanding of administrative and financial management.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage staff.
