Maintenance Supervisor – Plant Operations

About the role

Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate all maintenance activities across its plant. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and direct maintenance staff, allocating work and monitoring task completion.
• Own and enforce site electrical standards, ensuring 100% implementation.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, attendance, and workshop organization.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment and forklifts.
• Lead investigations of equipment failures, applying root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide resources for site projects, monitoring compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Manage the maintenance budget, control expenses, and ensure availability of spare parts and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards and safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and control maintenance costs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience with structured root‑cause analysis.
