Marketing Supervisor – Lusaka

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing team in Lusaka, Zambia. The role involves coordinating nationwide marketing activities, launching new products and driving retail development to support our growth in the ceramic and building materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across Zambia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and measurable results.
• Oversee new product launches, including distribution planning, rollout execution and regular updates of catalogues and marketing collateral.
• Manage retail and store development: monitor existing store performance, conduct audits, ensure compliance, and onboard new retail partners.
• Supervise construction, branding and opening of Twyford stores.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal sales teams and external agencies.
• Ensure timely placement and visibility of marketing materials across regions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of marketing experience, preferably in building materials, construction or mobile phone industries.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proven organisational and project‑management capabilities.
