Part-time Lead LMS Administrator (Moodle)

About the role

Ali Tech is looking for a part‑time Lead LMS Administrator to oversee its Moodle‑based e‑learning platforms serving schools, training centres and community programmes. You will ensure the system runs smoothly, support users and contribute to the delivery of high‑impact educational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Moodle instances on‑premise or cloud environments.
• Create and organise courses, enrol users and assign appropriate roles.
• Provide first‑line technical support and guidance to educators, learners and administrators.
• Monitor system security, perform regular backups and optimise performance.
• Generate usage reports, analytics and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering an LMS such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard or similar.
• Familiarity with e‑learning standards like SCORM and xAPI.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (ADA/WCAG).
• Experience supporting K‑12 educators, non‑profits or professional learning environments.
• Diploma or degree in ICT, educational technology, computer science or a related field.
