PPM Manager – Supply Planning & Reporting

About the role
The PPM Manager will own the full planning, reporting and control cycle for supply (VIC, FIC, ZBB) at the plant level. You will drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and ensure accurate financial results are delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget and ZBB process, reviewing BOM calculations and embedding cost‑saving initiatives.
- Prepare and present management review decks for the Regional Manufacturing Director.
- Produce monthly forecasts, identify risks, and develop corrective action plans.
- Validate plant P&L, headcount, and pay cost reporting, ensuring no material misstatements.
- Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accrual validation.
- Upload final budgets to COGNOS, Anaplan and Syspro and provide VIC standards for MACO reporting.
Required profile
- Relevant 3‑year university degree in accounting, business, economics or similar.
- 3+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with product costing and financial reporting.
- CIMA or CA qualification is a plus.
