About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our FMCG export business. The role focuses on managing existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and driving market share growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, monitor sales progress and ensure timely replenishment orders.
- Develop new client opportunities, invite prospects to visit our factories in Tanzania or Zambia and close successful orders.
- Support clients in expanding their local business, helping them grow while increasing our brand’s market share and overall sales.
- Track market trends, conduct research, produce regular market reports and adapt regional strategies accordingly.
- Provide end‑to‑end client support, from order placement through transportation, container loading, customs clearance and final delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector with deep knowledge of the Mozambique market.
- Strong understanding of product import regulations and procedures in Mozambique.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and new client acquisition.
