Showroom General Manager – Furniture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Showroom General Manager to lead a high‑end furniture showroom. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all showroom functions, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of showroom staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, displays, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and brand presentation.
• Prepare regular operational and management reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture or home décor.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and retail operations.
• Strong people‑management, coaching and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of inventory control and retail systems.
