Talent Acquisition Specialist – General Worker Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead on‑site recruitment of front‑line workers for our production facilities. You will design and execute hiring plans that ensure a steady supply of qualified labour while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop manpower recruitment plans and manage full‑cycle on‑site hiring for production staff.
• Conduct offline interviews, screen candidates, and handle entry documentation for new hires.
• Expand recruitment channels through labour agencies, community networks, and other local sources.
• Maintain daily recruitment data, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with Zambian labour law.
• Support daily manpower management and collaborate with the employee‑relations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of recruitment experience; blue‑collar manufacturing recruitment preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Zambian labour market and ability to run mass on‑site recruitment independently.
• Strong on‑site communication and screening skills to meet urgent staffing needs.
• Basic understanding of local labour law and document‑management procedures.
• Responsible, resilient, and adaptable to factory environments.
• Fluent in English; experience in African factories is a plus.
