Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Twyford International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead its warehouse operations across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing shipping, inventory control, and delivery management while ensuring a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory accuracy on a daily and monthly basis.
• Inspect warehouse facilities, maintain clean and safe working conditions, and enforce 6S compliance.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including attendance, overtime scheduling, and training.
• Plan, allocate, and manage warehouse space, manpower, equipment, and tools for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure high‑quality delivery and cost‑efficient workflow.
• Conduct daily fuel audits and monitoring for all forklift units.
• Organise daily briefings to communicate standards, updates, and operational requirements.
• Report abnormalities and operational issues promptly and handle ad‑hoc assignments from management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of formal warehouse team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (relevant certificates preferred).
• Management experience in tile, hardware, or other manufacturing industries.
• Logistics or supply‑chain related degree is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background and credit reference checks.
• High personal integrity, professional ethics, and ability to build stable relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with standard Warehouse Management Systems.
• Forklift operation and fuel audit management.
