About the role
We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Specialist to manage the daily flow of hardware materials, spare parts, and factory supplies. The role ensures accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound unloading, inspect received goods, and coordinate outbound deliveries, guaranteeing correct quantities and complete documentation.
- Conduct daily and periodic stocktakes, record discrepancies, address abnormal stock issues, and submit standardized reports.
- Oversee sorting, shelving, zone organization, cleanliness, and basic fire‑safety measures to keep the warehouse orderly.
- Archive operational documents, support monthly inventory reconciliation, and ensure physical stock matches system data.
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- College degree or higher; background in warehouse or logistics preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, especially with hardware materials and spare parts.
- Experience in mining or manufacturing environments is highly valued.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow company policies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic warehouse operation procedures.
- Good English communication for daily coordination.
