Corporate Brand and Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Brand and Communications Manager will lead and manage the overall brand communications strategy for the company in Zambia. This role involves creating and executing comprehensive communication plans, overseeing public relations activities, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s image and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure alignment with group brand guidelines and manage major brand projects and initiatives.
• Oversee production of digital content, including photography, video, multimedia, and online copy.
• Create and manage content calendars for digital channels such as social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Lead the formulation of brand strategies and plans to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Manage public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Draft press releases, speeches, and other business correspondence for executive management.
• Lead execution of media strategies and monitor trends and audience engagement.
• Engage with government stakeholders and community leaders on public policy campaigns.
