Owner – Medical Centre Operations

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for an Owner who will lead all aspects of CFB Medical Centre’s operations in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The role combines strategic business leadership with hands‑on management of clinical and administrative functions to ensure high‑quality patient care and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medical centre, managing both clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain and improve patient‑care standards while fostering a patient‑centered culture.
• Monitor financial performance, develop budgets, and drive strategic planning.
• Implement innovative healthcare solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with the community, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead crisis management and problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Lusaka Province, Zambia.
• A medical or healthcare background is advantageous but not mandatory.
