About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Manager to drive growth across our telecommunications, electrical services, IT solutions, civil works and construction divisions. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long‑term contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, developers, mines, NGOs, educational institutions and corporate organisations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders and capability statements.
- Lead marketing initiatives and manage the company’s brand presence across digital and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to spot emerging opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry engagements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on performance.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to design client solutions.
Required profile
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, telecommunications, construction, engineering or IT services is an advantage.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
