About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving revenue targets. The role involves building strong client relationships, guiding the team, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and meet sales targets.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through visits, calls and emails.
- Support team members, enforce company policies and monitor KPIs.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and manage company assets.
- Negotiate terms, close deals and follow up on deliveries.
- Gather market information, clarify pricing, stock availability and delivery schedules for clients.
- Monitor inventory, record sales data and respond to customer inquiries.
- Review performance metrics and carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of the local language is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork and stress‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
