Aftersales Parts Costing Executive

About the role

The Aftersales Parts Costing Executive will support accurate costing, pricing and margin control of spare parts for an automotive dealership, ensuring compliance with OEM and dealership policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining spare parts costing and pricing in line with OEM guidelines.
• Support regular price updates, cost revisions and margin analysis of after‑sales parts.
• Ensure accuracy of cost data in DMS/ERP systems and monitor parts margins.
• Report margin variances to the Parts Costing Executive or Manager.
• Implement OEM price circulars, schemes and updates.
• Provide costing and pricing data for internal and OEM audits.
• Coordinate with parts procurement, stores and finance teams for cost validation.
• Maintain documentation and records related to parts costing and pricing.
• Support warranty claim costing and documentation according to OEM guidelines.
• Follow OEM parts handling, storage and FIFO norms.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive after‑sales parts costing and pricing.
• Knowledge of OEM pricing policies and dealership SOPs.
• Familiarity with DMS and ERP systems for cost data entry.
• Ability to analyse margins and report deviations.
• Strong coordination skills with procurement, stores and finance functions.
