Finance & Accounts Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

The Finance & Accounts Manager (or Senior Manager) will lead day‑to‑day finance operations, budgeting, business and financial planning, and accounting for Shalina Healthcare’s Zambia unit, working closely with the central finance team and operating‑unit leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Business Partnering: recommend pricing actions, generate insight on product and channel mix, manage quarterly credit limit proposals, evaluate ROI on marketing spend and capex, ensure accurate credit note posting, identify cost‑saving and automation opportunities.
• Monthly Closing: ensure timely and accurate monthly financials and closing checklist, conduct quarterly balance‑sheet review, track and close action items from management review.
• Treasury: ensure timely forex remittances to Dubai, minimize interest costs by avoiding idle funds, maintain treasury efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations, budgeting, business/financial planning and accounting within a commercial environment.
• Ability to collaborate closely with central finance teams and operating‑unit leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to generate commercial insights.
